The MTD Club is our ongoing accounting and compliance service designed for sole traders and landlords who want to stay compliant under Making Tax Digital without the stress of deadlines, last‑minute work, or unexpected tax bills.

 

We work with clients throughout the year using clear systems and automation, so everything stays up to date and under control, not dealt with once a year in a panic.

 

All prices are shown upfront, billed monthly, with no hidden extras.

 

What All Tiers Include

Every MTD Club membership includes:

 

•Ongoing accounting and compliance support

•Automated, system‑led bookkeeping

•Submissions made on time to HMRC

•Clear visibility of your current tax position

•Prices fixed for 12 months, unless you move tier

All tiers include bookkeeping for up to 200 transactions per month; transaction volumes above this will incur additional fees or require a move to a higher tier.

 

 

🟢 MTD Core — £60 per month

 

For non‑VAT registered sole traders and landlords who want stress‑free MTD compliance. Included:

 

•MTD for Income Tax submissions

•Automated bookkeeping (up to 200 transactions per month)

•Quarterly tax position update

•Annual self‑assessment tax return

•Email support

 

This tier is suitable if:

•You are not VAT registered

•You do not have payroll or CIS

•Your transaction volume is modest and consistent

 

Not suitable if:

•You are VAT registered

•You require payroll or CIS

•You regularly exceed 200 transactions per month

🔁 VAT registration automatically upgrades you to MTD Plus

 

🔵 MTD Plus — £150 per month

 

For growing businesses that want compliance and clarity, not just form‑filling.

 

Everything in MTD Core, plus:

•VAT returns

•More frequent review and oversight

•Practical guidance to help you understand your numbers

•Payroll for up to 3 employees

•CIS returns for up to 3 submissions per month

•Priority support

•Bookkeeping up to 200 transactions per month

 

This tier is suitable if:

•You are VAT registered

•You want ongoing oversight of your finances

•You have a small payroll or CIS responsibilities

🔁 If payroll exceeds 3 employees or CIS exceeds 3 submissions per month, you will automatically move to MTD Pro

 

🔴 MTD Pro — £300 per month

 

For established or more complex businesses needing higher‑level oversight.

 

Everything in MTD Plus, plus:

•Payroll above 3 employees

•CIS above 3 submissions per month

•Monthly bookkeeping review

•Quarterly performance overview

•Support with HMRC queries

•Defined direct contact

•Bookkeeping up to 200 transactions per month

This tier is designed to support complexity and growth without things slipping through the cracks.

 

How Upgrades Work (No Awkward Conversations)

•All services are billed monthly

•Prices are fixed for 12 months unless you change tier

•Tier upgrades happen automatically

•Upgrades take effect from the month following the change. This means no surprises, no renegotiations, and no falling behind compliance requirements.
